Where I've shipped
Lead developer setting technical direction while working as part of the delivery team. Focused on the backend — event-driven services, API design and the infrastructure behind them, defined in SST and Pulumi — and on the code review and pairing that keep standards consistent across the team.
Built the Stripe billing integration (subscriptions, usage-based plans, webhooks) and an event-driven pipeline for file processing and transactional email. Redesigned the developer portal for a cleaner UI/UX and introduced CI/CD that sped up delivery.
Owned the public SDK and developer repositories, migrated the legacy JavaScript codebase fully to TypeScript, and designed the multi-tenant schema for organizations, sessions, files, and per-plan access and usage. Partnered across front-end and back-end to raise engineering standards.
Shipped websites and voice skills for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant with Node.js, React, Next.js, AWS and NoSQL. Built serverless apps and SPAs, added automated build/deploy pipelines, and drove test automation across the stack.
Delivered client-facing web apps with Ruby on Rails, Node.js and Django. Engineered RESTful services over dynamic datasets, validated third-party integrations against internal standards, and worked with clients to optimize and ship sites.
Built reusable server- and client-side libraries on cloud-based back ends, with high-coverage unit tests, efficient SQL and clean APIs — the early foundation for the full-stack work that followed.
